Tara’s eight-part human rights video series, Women Hold Up The Sky, premiered at the United Nations in a collaborative project with human rights groups and filmmakers in Zanzibar, Argentina, New York and Senegal. In 2004, she was selected for the Wolfram Research Summer Institute at Brown University. She was invited to participate in the First International Conference of A New Kind of Science (NKS2003) and presented a series of three solarplate etchings and a video, Cellular Automata, Undulating Jellies and Pulsing Bonita: A New Kind of Science & Art.
