George L. Randle Manager, Military Officer Recruiting BearingPoint (ROTC, 1989)
George Randle is the Manager and creator of the Junior Military Officer (JMO) Recruiting Program for BearingPoint. Prior to entering college, George began his career by enlisting in the US Army and serving for a number of years in the US Army Reserves. He became a Non-Commissioned officer (NCO) before entering ROTC. Following his graduation, his career continued as an officer and began with the Berlin Brigade. Through his final post at Fort Hood, Texas, he served in a variety of challenging leadership positions including Company Command and deployed to operations in Kenya, Somalia, Panama and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Following his active service, George served as a Senior Operations Manager with Wal*Mart Logistics before joining BearingPoint. George worked as a Senior Consultant within BearingPoint’s Defense segment before making the transition to lead both Recruiting and Resource Management Teams in support of the Defense segment.
In 2006, George created BearingPoint’s Junior Military Officer (JMO) Recruiting Program, a program that attracts highly qualified and talented junior leaders. The BearingPoint JMO Program continues to expand today under his leadership.
George resides in Austin, Texas with his wife, Christina Tibbits-Randle, President and CEO of The Effective Edge – an Executive Coaching and Productivity Consulting firm, and their 3 children, Kelsey, Mitchell and Russell.
