Celia Szelwach, President & Founder of Creative Collaborations Consulting has been appointed by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Advisory Committee on Women Veterans for a two-year term. A 1990 West Point graduate and former Army Captain, Celia will assist the committee in advising the Secretary on the needs of women veterans with respect to health care, rehabilitation benefits, compensation, outreach, and other relevant VA programs. Her Florida-based consulting firm specializes in organizational development, change management, leadership coaching, career planning, and multicultural business development.
