As an affiliate you will guide participants through life changing learning experiences. Our programs are not a series of lectures but rather workshops that are action and application driven through facilitation of our dynamic leadership learning modules.

Our Affiliate Program allows you the flexibility to make your own schedule while you build your business. You can keep your current commitments while helping business managers become effective leaders of character.

Our unique Lead2Succeed™ Program combines methods used by West Point and the Naval Academy leader development programs with today’s successful corporate philosophies to create the most powerful leadership training programs available. This process develops leaders who set the example, seek responsibility, accept accountability, train their people as a team, make sound and timely decisions, communicate effectively, plan for success and create a supportive environment in which their team members can be successful.

Affiliates should be service academy graduates or have distinguished military experience while possessing the prerequisites for leadership development and training. We are looking for people who want to make a difference by developing the future leaders of business, industry and government.

Why Academy Leadership?

Academy Leadership was formed by a group of Service Academy graduates who became successful business leaders following distinguished military service. We bring to the table those principles we learned at the nation’s premier leadership laboratories–self-discipline, commitment to goals larger than us personally, persistence and a will to win, integrity, how to treat others with respect and dignity, and a passion to lead others such that people can identify with the mission and see a clear relationship between their daily duties and accomplishment of the overall goals. Our experience in the business world has taught us that these same principles are valuable in leading any organization. Finally, we know, and have demonstrated, that leadership is a set of skills that can be taught and further developed through training and practice.
