The Navy's Office of Women's Polcy has partnered with AcademyWomen to create an eMentoring program that will ensure ALL uniformed U.S. Navy women have the opportunity to benefit from a mentor who shares their common history.
This program CLOSED as of October 1, 2011 due to the successful completion of a 3-year pilot program and plans to create a broader program that includes minority personnel. Your feedback is critical to leadership's decision to re-open this program as soon as possible.
